Pupuseria Doña Laura started with a simple idea: bring the real flavors of El Salvador to the streets of Houston. From our food truck on Telephone Road, we hand-press every pupusa to order, stuff them generously, and cook them until the edges are perfectly golden.

We keep the menu focused so we can do it right. Curtido made fresh, salsa roja ladled on warm, and pupusas that are thick where they should be thick. Our regulars know — once you try them, the drive back to 77075 becomes a habit.
